The 2nd Annual Edible Books Festival featured 23 entries, including several youth participants. Prominent entries included How to Eat Fried Worms (gummy worms in a brownie frying pan), Bunny Cakes (inspired by the children's book of the same name), and Taming the Tongue (featuring a genuine cow's tongue).
