An In-Be-Tweener is anyone who was in the 4th or 5th grade during the 2007-2008 school year. This Summer Library Program is for 4th and 5th graders to encourage them to be part of the program and bring back their love of books. |

Special Events: Participants will need to attend at least four special events held in the Children's Department, or be a Summer Volunteer.
